Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American actor and comedian, is also known as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. She was born to Jewish parents from the Soviet Union and started her career as a child actor after she relocated to the United States. Her appearances as Lily Adams in AT&T TV commercials from 2013 until 2016 - and now since 2020 - has made her famous. In addition to her commercial appearances, she also appeared as a series regular on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction show Other Space (2015). She also starred in a recurring role as a character on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016)-2017. After being cast in the TV pilot that was never aired for New Warriors, Vayntrub also voices Squirrel Girl on Marvel Rising. Vayntrub was Jewish and was born in Tashkent in the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents, who were at the age of two, came to America to escape antisemitism. They were settled in West Hollywood. At the age of five she started appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was partly due to the economic hardships in her family. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School. In her sophomore year she dropped out and got a GED. She continued to get the Bachelor of Arts Communication degree from the University of California San Diego. With the Upright Citizens Brigade she studied improv comedy.
